It will also record your professional background and registration body, the title of the event you would like to book, ask you to state if you are currently a member of the EAPN, and invite you to add any further information if you wish. The email address and name field are essential for the Events Booking Form to send and if you do not complete the other fields, we may not be able to assess your application.

f you voluntarily contact the EAPN via the Advertise Your Event form, this site will record the name of the event, location, date and time.  It will also record the details of the event, including the name of the speaker, a contact email and/telephone number and link to a leaflet, if you wish. The form also invites you to give more details and information about the price of the event. Finally, it asks for details of how people can book onto the event, including an email address or link if relevant.

 

By submitting the Advertise Your Event form, you give your consent for the the information above to be collected.  The information is kept on the Wix.com account (to which only EAPN website administrator has access) and is also sent to the person who deals with advertising regional events on the EAPN website.  You may ask for all your data to be deleted at any time.

If you voluntarily contact the EAPN via the Members' Website Sign Up Form, this site will record your first name, last name, email and proposed password.

If you voluntarily contact the EAPN via the Members' Announcements Form in the website Members' area, this site will record your first name, last name, email address, town or county, the subject and main body of your announcement. It will also record if you give your permission for the announcement to be published on the website.

For the Events Booking Form, it collects your name and email address (along with your town or county, telephone number, professional background, registration body, title and code of the event you would like to book, information about whether you are currently a member of the EAPN and any other information you may wish to add in a message) because that is the means by which we will be able to asses and respond to your request to book onto an EAPN event.

For the Advertise Your Event Form, it collects the details of your event because that is the means by which we can advertise your event on our website.

For the Members' Website Sign up Form, it collects your first name and surname because that is the means by which we know if you are already a member of the EAPN. It collects your email address because that will become your username to gain entry to the Members' Area of the website, and it asks you to choose a password because that is the means by which we ensure that only members gain secure access to the Members' Area of the website.

For the Members' Announcements Form, it collects your first name, surname, email address and town/county so that we can identify the members who wishes to make the announcement. Your email address won't be stated in the published announcement but it is the means by which we can contact your for clarification if needed. The subject and main body of the announcement are required to gauge if the announcement is suitable for publication and, if so, what it is your wish to announce.

How does this site store, use, share and disclose site visitor’s personal information?

This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications, and only the EAPN website administrator can access it. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.   If a data breach occurred, anyone who has used the contact form would be notified within 7 days.
